Custom Process Tanks
Special-Sized and Custom ultrasonic tanks can be fabricated to meet specific requirements. Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics offers quartz tanks for acidic applications including semiconductor processes that use hot-chemical baths for acid-based photoresist stripping. Electropolished and cove corner construction is available for applications where particle contamination and entrapment are a concern. Other exotic part washer construction materials are available upon request as are specialized tank geometries to meet your drawing specifications for new and replacement tools. Single and multi-sided overflows, spray bars, automated lids, fixture positioning stops and the like become an integral part of the tank construction.
