Onsite Maintenance Contracts
A Cleaning Technologies Group Preventative Maintenance contract will ensure regular inspection of your parts washers, optimizing their reliability and performance. We offer an extensive choice of PM programs that can be custom tailored to your specific requirements.
Standard PM programs available are:
- Quarterly Machine Performance Reviews (MPR) and basic adjustments. Includes a complete inspection of all components and a report with recommendations for immediate repairs and preventive measures for components nearing the end of their life cycle.
- Quarterly MPR’s, basic adjustments, and repair or replacement of select consumables in accordance with the manufacturers’ recommendations. This program is tailored to your machine and includes parts.
- Semi-Annual Machine Performance Reviews (MPR) and basic adjustments. Semi-Annual programs also include operator and machine repair training updates.
