Ransohoff’s WasteWizard® ultrafiltration system is a compact, fully-integrated system for point-of-use recycling.  The system comes complete with its own fluid transfer arrangement that automatically exchanges dirty cleaner from your parts washers with recycled cleaner.  When used in conjunction with our Evercycle line of chemistries, the WasteWizard system has the ability to fully recycle the cleaning chemistry saving thousands of dollars in chemical usage, energy, labor, waste processing and hauling expenses.   The WasteWizard system will improve cleaning and quality consistency for all your industrial parts cleaning needs.

The Lean Jet® RB-FLEX+ is one of most flexible and scalable platforms that can be configured for a variety of parts and capacities from camshafts to locomotive engine blocks weighing over 20,000 lbs. The washer cleans using our patented "triple action" batch cleaning process washing and rinsing process of agitation, sprays impingement, hydraulic purging through immersion and rotation, and heated blow-off drying. Options such as clamp and flush, precision probes and manifolds or ultrasonics can be added if even more focused cleaning is required.

The Lean Jet RB-FLEX+ parts washer also features the latest Siemens programmable controller and operator interface screen. This controls platform boosts system flexibility for automation integration, process control and data logging while offering an intuitive user interface.

Friday October 3rd Ransohoff hosted an Open House to celebrate Ohio’s Manufacturing Day.  The purpose was to bring in guests, such as vendors and business partners, to see our facility and to get a feel for who we are and what we do.  It was a successful event that brought together a lot of people that normally do not get to meet face-to-face. We had about 50 guests at the Open House, which is a great turn out. The event kicked off with our President and CEO, Barney Bosse, giving a presentation on Ransohoff in general. The presentation touched on the company’s history and the types of machines we produce. Ransohoff was started in 1916 by Nathan Ransohoff, from whom the company is still named after, so history is a big part of our company culture. A lot of guests commented on how informative the presentation was. After the presentation, our guests and entire staff were treated to a wonderful lunch. The food was grilled on site, so everyone got to enjoy a fresh, hot lunch. Once lunch was over, it was time for the most exciting part of the day, the facility tours. We had 5 tour guides who took different groups of people around our entire building. Guests learned about the whole process of our business, from sales all the way to manufacturing. The tours also stopped at our newly renovated lab to see to some of our machines in action and the science behind our cleaning technology. A lot of guests commented that this was the best part of the tour. Our tour guides and employees were excited to show off our company so it meant a lot to hear that the guests enjoyed seeing everything and commenting about how great everything looked.
