- Receptionist-HR Assistant
This position will report to the Director of Human Resources and is based at our corporate headquarters in Cincinnati.
Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
Answer the main phone line in a timely manner and accurately direct incoming callers.
Sort incoming mail and post outgoing mail on a daily basis.
Support human resources department with clerical needs while maintaining confidentiality.
Maintain legally compliant recordkeeping.
Maintain monthly reporting requirements such as BOSSC, headcounts and organizational charts.
Assist with employee relations while abiding by federal requirements and minimizing liability.
Assist with planning of company sponsored events.
Cross train within the department to act as back up for Generalist.
Qualified candidate must have: High School diploma, or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year practical job-related experience in an office environment. Familiarity with Human Resources is a plus. To succeed in this role, the individual should have administrative writing skills, reporting skills, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, presentation skills, organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy are critical to this positions success.
