The Robosonic provides precision cleaning and maximum efficiency in a robotic automated parts cleaning cell. This four-tank system incorporates a spray wash, ultrasonic immersion wash, ultrasonic rinse tank and dryer. Flexible part processing is provided by a Fanuc CR-7i robot or optional collaborative robot. The collaborative robots are designed to safely stop in the event of contact with a human operator. Latest intelligent functions such as force sensing and iRVision (Integrated Vision) are also available.
