Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics introduces new cleaning solutions at MDM East 2015

Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics a world leader in providing  ultrasonic technology will introduce a host of advanced cleaning solutions at the MDM East 2015 in New York, New York June 9 - 11, 2015. Visitors to Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics Booth #1660 will be introduced to a number of new products, technologies and services. Among the new technologies exhibited at the show will be: Megasonics  Multi-frequency system. The multiMEG's four mode operation (430 kHz conventional streaming megasonics / 430 kHz dualSWEEP® megasonics / 1.3 MHz conventional streaming megasonics / 1.3 MHz dualSWEEP® megasonics) delivers higher yields in a single process tank. Combining our multiMEG technology with our advanced plate arrays and submersible designs allows integrators and existing users the ability to experience higher particle removal efficiencies while minimizing downtime associated with full module replacement.. PROHT Sonic Tank also known as the “Benchtop Series” is an entry-level benchtop ultrasonic cleaning system made of all stainless steel construction. Available in various sizes and intended to sit easily on a workbench or as a drop-in, these parts washers offer the same cleaning capabilities as the more elaborate models but at a lower price. They are great for cleaning small parts on an intermittent to semi-production basis but are not recommended for high volume cleaning. These tanks are available for use with single or multi-frequency generators.
