CTG to Introduce New Cleaning Solutions at PMTS / PCx 2023

Cleaning Technologies Group is excited to be an exhibitor at the 2023 Precision Machining Technology Show, the must-attend event for users of precision machining equipment and services related to machine tools, cutting tools, work handling, materials, parts cleaning, and more.

As a world leader in providing cleaning and waste minimization technologies, we will introduce a host of advanced cleaning solutions at the show, which will take place in Cleveland Ohio, April 18 - 20, 2023. Visitors to Cleaning Technologies Group exhibit, located in Booth #7092, will be introduced to a number of new products, technologies and services. The LeanVeyor Conveyor Washer

The Ransohoff LeanVeyor parts washing system is engineered for lean manufacturing, while reducing floor space requirements and providing exceptional cleaning and drying performance. The design features a common-sense approach to component choice and placement for quick and efficient service and access. All stages of the system are insulated and compartmentalized with individually adjustable exhaust dampers, reducing system heat loss.

The entire unit has been engineered and manufactured from the ground up to be flexible, durable, simple to operate, and easy to maintain. The LeanVeyor can process on a flat wire belt or custom fixture. Optional ultrasonic states can be added, as well as loading and unloading automation.

Mini Parts Washer

Designed by Stoelting, manufactured by Ransohoff, the Mini Parts Washer provides an innovative cleaning approach for the manufacturers of small parts. This compact conveyorized system is designed for continuous, one-at-a-time part cleaning at the point of manufacture.

AgiSonic® Ultrasonic Parts Washer

The robust AgiSonic® ultrasonic cleaning system is constructed of all stainless steel and designed for heavy duty parts washing with vertical parts agitation. Available in three standard sizes, each system incorporates an air powered agitation platform that facilitates loading, unloading, and agitates parts with a 6" stroke up to 15 times per minute.

The system relies on automatic filling and liquid makeup from a customer supplied source, and includes a pump and single bag filter, an overflow weir skimmer and automatic oil removal system, and a lift-off lid. The ultrasonic time, cleaning tank temperature warm up, filtration and oil removal are all digitally controlled using a touch screen interface. The completely self-contained system requires a three-phase power supply hookup. The largest model can accommodate a platform load of up to 500lbs.

AgiSonic parts washers are ideal for automotive, aerospace, medical and general industrial applications. These systems can operate in the harshest industrial environment or in precision cleaning applications.
