CTG to Introduce New Cleaning Solutions at Eastec 2021

Cleaning Technologies Group will introduce a host of advanced cleaning solutions at Eastec 2021 in West Springfield, Massachusetts October 19 - 21, 2021. Exhibiting in Booth #3127, CTG will showcase a variety of new products, technologies, and services.

EASTEC 2021, the largest Northeast manufacturing trade show, promotes the historical importance of manufacturing while showcasing its future in leading-edge industries such as aerospace, medical devices, automotive, industrial equipment and defense.

New technologies that CTG will be exhibiting at the show include:

LeanJet® RB-1 Cleaning System

The LeanJet® RB-1 Cleaning System uses a patented washing and rinsing process of agitation, spray impingement, hydraulic purging through immersion and rotation, ultrasonics, and heated blow-off drying. The patented "triple action" batch cleaning process was developed specifically to process a broad range of challenging parts, especially those with internal bores and passages and complex geometries, making this system capable of meeting critical cleaning expectations.

The new LeanJet RB-1 parts washer also features the latest Siemens programmable controller and operator interface screen. This controls platform boosts system flexibility for automation integration, process control and data logging while offering an intuitive user interface. The new RB-1 has many enhancements for easy maintenance such as larger access doors, larger tank access lids, bolt-on air knife and more. The new RB-1 has a small footprint of 4ft. wide x 7ft. deep x 6.6 ft. height.

LeanDrum CF Drum Washer

The LeanDrum CF features a very robust, lower cost option utilizing stainless steel tanks, drum and housing, premium electrical components, full immersion cleaning system and forced air dryer technology to produce consistently high-quality cleaning results over an extended machine life. With this new design, you may recognize less chemical utilization and have better oil control resulting in a longer bath life. In this new design, you will have the ability to apply more aggressive chemicals without foaming. The new LeanDrum CF is designed for easy access that will allow easy drum removal for maintenance.

The new LeanDrum CF is a wash, rinse and blow-off machine in a small footprint of 4.7ft. wide x 9.7ft. long x 5ft. height. The part production rate is 12 CU FT/Hour @ 2PRM design drum speed, with a variable speed drive capable of 1-3 RPM’s. This machine offers both spray and full immersion cleaning. The new LeanDrum CF comes standard with 3-2-1 warranty.

AgiSonic® Ultrasonic Parts Washer

The robust AgiSonic is constructed of all stainless steel and designed for heavy duty parts washing with vertical parts agitation. Each system incorporates an air powered agitation platform that facilitates loading, unloading, and agitates parts with a 6" stroke up to 15 times per minute. Ultrasonic time, cleaning tank temperature warm up, filtration and oil removal are all digitally controlled using a touch screen interface.

The AgiSonic parts washer is ideal for automotive, aerospace, medical and general industrial applications. These systems can operate in the harshest industrial environment or in precision cleaning applications, and the largest size can accommodate a platform load up to 500lbs.

HT-IPA

The HT-IPA is designed for small parts cleaning applications in which a flammable solvent is required. The HT IPA is currently available in two sizes that are independently certified by ETL ( Electronics Testing Laboratories).
