May 7 – 11, 2018, NPE 2018: The Plastics Show will be happening in Orlando, Florida. This show is where professionals in the plastic industry and industries related to plastics come together to establish connections, exchange ideas, and learn about the newest innovations affecting the plastics market. Over 65,000 professionals from 128 countries attend this event.
As a parts cleaning solutions supplier to the plastics industry producers, CTG is excited to be participating in this year’s event. Attendees who visit the Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics in Booth #28201 will learn about our products, technologies, and services. Several new Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonic advanced cleaning solutions will be introduced at the show. Among the new technologies exhibited will be:
AgiSonic® Ultrasonic Parts Washer Cleaning
Constructed of all stainless steel, the AgiSonic is a robust ultrasonic cleaning system designed for heavy duty parts washing with vertical parts agitation. Available in three standard sizes, each model incorporates an air powered agitation platform that facilitates loading, unloading, and agitates parts with a 6" stroke up to 15 times per minute. The AgiSonic parts automatic filling and liquid makeup (from a customer supplied source), pump and single bag filter, and an overflow weir skimmer and automatic oil removal system, and a lift-off lid. Ultrasonic time, cleaning tank temperature warm up, filtration and oil removal are all digitally controlled using a touch screen interface. Completely self-contained and requiring a three-phase power supply hook-up, the largest machine can accommodate a platform load up to 500lbs.
The AgiSonic parts washers are ideal for automotive, aerospace, medical and general industrial applications. These systems can operate in the harshest industrial environment or in precision cleaning applications.
Multi- Frequency Ultrasonic Cleaning System
An ultrasonic cleaning system made of all stainless-steel construction, the Multi-Frequency Ultrasonic Cleaning System is an excellent tool for cleaning small parts on an intermittent to semi-production basis (This system is not recommended for high volume cleaning). These tanks are available for use with single or multi-frequency generators.
Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics is a recognized leader in ultrasonic generator technology. Beginning with the introduction of sweeping frequency in 1988, there has been a continuous stream of development and patents covering new ultrasonic generator and transducer technology from Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics.
CTG experts will be on hand at the show to provide in-depth explanations of these and our other technologies and to offer suggestions to our customers for improving their cleaning processes.
