Warsaw, IN - The Cleaning Technologies Group, LLC hosted an after show reception for Orthotec attendees last month in Warsaw.  The hospitality suite was a great chance to relax and mingle with our sales and engineering staff after the show.  Many from the medical industry were in attendance.  This was a great forum for CTG to showcase the latest in ultrasonic cleaning technology in an informal setting,  everyone enjoyed the evening.  Stay tuned for more upcoming events... The Cleaning Technologies Group, LLC would like to recognize everyone celebrating a special anniversary milestone for the first half of 2010.  Employees are the heart of our business and CTG is very proud of the dedication and hard work they demonstrate every day.  We have one of the most knowledgeable and experienced staffs in the industry.  The average years of service for a CTG employee is over 13 years.  Congratulations and thank you for your contributions to the success of the CTG family. June 2010 - The CTG family would like to congratulate Kristy Riffell on being awarded the Horan & Associates scholarship.  Each year Horan awards a scholarship to a current UC and Xavier student based on academic excellence.  Kristy is the daughter of Mark Riffell.  Mark is a lead masterbuilder, and has been a member of the CTG family for 23 years.  Kristy will be entering her senior year this fall at Xavier and is studying social work.  Congratulations Kristy and good luck in all your future endeavors...

Louisville May 2010 - CTG would like to congratulate Fred Kuhn of Alcon Research, winner of the grand prize I-Pod Touch that was given away at the PCX show in Louisville.   CTG took part in the innagural year for PCX and it was very well attended.  The winner was chosen from everyone at the show who filled out a test request.  If you are interested in free part testing and analysis but couldn't attend the show,  just fill out a test request , email it to us and one of our sales managers will set up testing for you, its that easy.  Stay tuned for future promotions and giveaways.  IMTS  is just 4 months away.

May 2010 - Cleaning Technologies Group, LLC was pleased to welcome Mr. Yang Li Ming and Mr. Qiu Fumin from Chengdu Optics to our North American facilities in Cincinnati, OH and Jamestown, NY.  They were accompanied by Thomas Suydam and  Su Jing of our CTG Asia sales staff.  While here, they were able to tour our facilities and get an up close look at the capabilities of our technical center.   Our engineering and management teams were able to meet with them to discuss their existing Blackstone-Ney ultrasonic system and possibilities for future projects at their Chengdu, PR China facility.  During their stay they were able to take in a few sites of the Ohio River and parts of New York and San Francisco.  We hope they enjoyed their visit and look forward to working with them in the future.    chengdu084 chengdu093

April 2010 - Cincinnati, OH The Cleaning Technologies Group recently acquired a state of the art particle counting system for its technical center.  CTG has partnered with GT Vision to offer the latest advancements in particle size counting and analysis to our customers.   The new system is capable of analyzing contaminates from 10 microns.  This system is able to process slides twice as quickly as the previous system, due to the use of a dual core processor.   This is a great addition to our technical center and will allow us to offer more accurate lab results in less time than ever before.  Learn more...

In designing the new CTG website, one key feature that was at the top of our "Must-Have" list was a venue for collaborating with our customers. Effective communication between our customers and the CTG engineers during the design and build of our equipment is critical. The CTG customer web portal provides our customers with a single resource for sharing all project related documents with our design and manufacturing teams. As soon as an order is placed with CTG, a project file is created and login information is sent via email to all contacts involved. In most cases this would include our customer's mechanical and electrical engineers and maintenance and procurement personnel. The CTG Project Manager assigned to the job, along with our sales team, provides a brief training session for our customers explaining all of the benefits of the portal. Throughout the design and build of the washer, project documents including; approval and final drawings, project schedules, open issues deck, in-process photos and videos, programs, manuals, purchase orders and invoices and all runoff documentation are uploaded to the customer portal. This ensures that both the CTG team and our customers are always working from the same information. Any time a file is uploaded to the portal or downloaded from the portal all project participants will receive an email notification. After the washer ships from our facility, the project will remain on the portal during the entire warranty period of the machine.

wire show The Cleaning Technologies Group along with National Machinery will be exhibiting at the Dusseldorf Wire Show in Dusseldorf, Germany April 12th - 16th.  This is  the largest show in the world for the wire fabrication industry.  This is a great event to showcase our cleaning systems which compliment National Machinery's cold forming machines in an international setting.  We will be located in Hall 15 Booth A45.

Jim McEachen Chief Executive Officer of the Cleaning Technologies Group was recently featured in the latest edition of AMT to give his insight on millenials in the workplace and how it affects not only CTG but all of us in this global marketplace.  Cincinnati, OH Most of us here in the Cincinnati area have endured what seems like the dreariest February in history.  It's good to know spring is just around the corner.  Austin Cahill, son of Dennis Cahill a 20-year employee of Cleaning Technologies Group / Ransohoff, got the thrill of a lifetime last week at the Red's spring training camp in Goodyear, AZ.    Austin along with his dad Dennis and Uncle Charles fled the white landscape of Finneytown, OH and boarded a plane for Phoenix, AZ last week.  While out at the Reds training camp Austin worked on getting autographs for his baseball card collection.   By his last day there Austin was such a regular that he was asked to be a bat boy for one of the Reds B games.  Austin had been saving his own money for this trip and it paid off, a spring break he'll never forget!  Reds2Read the Entire Article..
