Visitors to Cleaning Technologies Group Booth 1882 will be introduced to a number of new products, technologies and services. Among the new technologies exhibited at the show will be: aquariusAquarius™ Ultrasonic Parts Washer Cleaning System The Blackstone~NEY Ultrasonics line of Multi-Tank Cleaning Systems offer multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning capability in a unitized system. Process steps typically include ultrasonic cleaning, single or multiple stage rinsing and, finally, drying using recirculated hot air. Each tank can come with the optional patented Multi-frequency ultrasonic technology giving up to 7 frequencies per tank. Blackstone~NEY Ultrasonics offers a standard line of pre-engineered products as well as custom-engineered systems to satisfy a wide range of cleaning needs. Automated transfer of workloads up to 90.7 Kg is provided by robotic arm type material handling systems.

The CH Series ultrasonic parts washer is an all stainless steel freestanding, single tank ultrasonic cleaning console. Constructed with an ergonomically located front panel, they can be placed in a variety of manufacturing environments from single-operator work cells to automated, high-throughput process lines. Barney Bosse, CEO of Cleaning Technologies Group, accepted the Crystal Award for Excellence from Ohio’s Edison Technology Centers on March 27, 2014. The presentation was made by its Edison Centers Director Council during a luncheon held at the Ohio Statehouse and attended by state legislators and executives from other innovative companies. The six Edison Technology Centers located in Ohio provide a variety of product and process innovation and commercialization services to both established and early-stage technology-based businesses.

Each year the Edison Centers Directors Council recognizes companies that are succeeding at bringing innovative products to market. Winners of the Crystal Award for Excellence qualify for recognition by having collaborated with one or more of the Edison Technology Centers located in Ohio. Cleaning Technologies Group was nominated by TechSolve, an Edison Technology Center based in Cincinnati that is focused on building and supporting the manufacturing industry in Ohio. “Innovation is our key ingredient to provide our customers with higher value products,” said Bosse. “We have an incredibly dedicated and talented team at CTG that focuses relentlessly on ways to make our customers more successful through our innovative efforts.”
